La Plata Electric Association, Inc. 2010 Strategic Plan

1. Maintain lowest reasonable rates while keeping good financial ratios.
2. Improve reliability of electric power, and use of
   new technologies for improved customer service and smart grid applications.
3. Continue to enhance communications and relationships with LPEA’s members, and communities.
4. Support development of additional local renewable
   generation and enhanced conservation and energy
   efficiency.
